Ownership of Site and Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Masayahin Business Ventures Inc. web site located at www.masayahin.com, and all other sites owned and operated by Masyahin Business Ventures Inc (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Masayahin Business Ventures Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Masyahin Business Venture Inc.’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant Masyahin Business Ventures Inc. a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

Masayahin Business Ventures Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
